1. 40% Value Within Warranty Period:

  • Customers are eligible for a 40% value on the original purchase price within the warranty period
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase lasting for a whole year or a solid six months, as mentioned in the product details

2. 20% Value After Warranty Period:

  • After the warranty period, customers can still enjoy a 20% value on the original purchase price
  • This offer continues for the lifetime of the product

3. Eligibility:

  • This Buy-Back policy is exclusively for our 1 gram gold-plated (copper and impon base) imitation jewelry only 
  • Other products (Forming and Antique) has separate warranty and return policies and is not covered under buy back policy

4. Exclusions:

  • Damages to the jewelry, missing / fallen stones resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations made by third parties
  • Products purchased from other vendors. Currently we buy back products purchased only from "IfyJewel.com". Your products will be accessed with your order id, before processing Buy-Back credits

5. Claim Process:

To avail free repolishing service,

  1. Click here to Request for buy-back refund
  2. Get the refund id (mandatory)
  3. Self ship the jewelry along with refund id to below address. Ensure the safe transit of the product and take ownership of its condition during shipping
  4. Note: Customer has to ship the product to below address. Return pickup is not applicable on Buy-Back program

6. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed as Store Credit (coupons/gift cards) method only
  • You can utilize the amount to buy other products within store
