1. Shipping Methods:

  • 3 Layer Quality Check - All Products are checked for quality during manufacturing, at warehouse and during packaging
  • Brand New - All Jewels will have their jewelry tags and sealed boxes, to make sure only fresh products are delivered to customers
  • Ultra Safe Packing - All Jewels will come with individual pouch/box, guarantee card and wrapped with ample amount of bubble wraps, making a very safe journey to your hands
  • Insured - All orders are insured, to make hassle free delivery. Sit back, relax, and relish the beauty of your jewelry.

3. Order Processing Time:

All orders placed on or before 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.

  • Within TamilNadu - Next day delivery
  • Within South India - 2-3 business days delivery
  • Other states of India - 3-5 business days delivery
  • *Note: Above timeline is for prepaid orders only. COD Order takes 1 to 2 days extra than prepaid orders

4. Shipping Costs:

  • For all prepaid orders above Rs.500 (within India) - FREE
  • For all prepaid orders below Rs.500 (within India) - Rs.80/-
  • For Cash on delivery orders (within India) - Rs.80/-

The cost of shipping outside India is calculated separately based on the countries in our zonal list. You'll see this charge during checkout. Any additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, are to be borne by the customer, based on your country local laws.
