No Questions Asked. Easy Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligible for a return:
- All products in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
2. Exceptions / non-returnable products:
- Product tag is removed
- Orders purchased via Store Credits
- Orders purchased via Gift Cards
- Exchanged products
3. Damages and issues:
- All our products have a 3 layer quality check and packed under CCTV surveillance with ultra safe packaging. We assure you never receive a damaged product.
- Still for some reason, if you find any damages do report within 24hrs only.
- An unboxing video can help speed up the exchange process. All our orders are insured, to make hassle free delivery.
4. Refunds:
- Customers who have paid online, will get their refund back to their source Bank Account or as Store Credits to Wallet
- Customers who have opted for Cash on Delivery will be eligible for 100% refund in terms of Store Credits to Wallet only. Refund amount cannot be credited to any third party bank account.
- Refund will be available within 2 - 3 working days, once we receive the products.
5. Easy Returns:
Available for regular customers only. Customers who have bought more than 5 orders are eligible for reverse doorstep pickup. Once we have approved your return, Courier executive will call and come for pickup with 24 to 48 hours. Maximum of 3 attempts can be made for return pickup.
6. Self Shipping:
Customer has to ship the product back to us through a reliable courier service, with exactly the same packing materials and warranty tag intact within the product, to below address

Unfortunately we do not offer return on International orders currently.
